Meet Kellie

“The prettiest thing you can wear is a smile!”

Her Story

Kellie is a wife to her best friend and husband of 37 years, a mother of two grown kids and a proud grandma to five grandchildren. She is blessed with sisters and friends she adores and loves having a huge family. In addition to her own biological family, Kelly and her husband Eric have a family of over 75 pro baseball players! They have been opening their home for the past 30 years to host players from the Tulsa Drillers, a minor league baseball team based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

“When you have players stay with you, and you get to know them, it’s like they are a part of your family,” Kellie shared.

Kellie and her family usually host one or two players a year. They do not have an official relationship with the team and do not receive compensation from the Drillers.

“Eric and Kellie are unbelievable. They make the Drillers a true part of their family by welcoming players to their house,” said the Drillers general manager, Mike Melega in an article about Kellie.

In addition to her time spent with family and her extended Drillers family, Kelly and her husband own and work every day in their own Jewelry shop business.

Being around pretty jewels all day, it’s no surprise that Kellie loves fashion and shopping. She finds a way to bring glamour into her everyday life – whether she’s at work, at a baseball game or hanging out with loved ones.

“Everyday glamour is just head to toe put together. Pretty!”

Kellie also loves to travel. “I have been around the world more than once,” Kellie shared.

Kellie’s story shows her ability to live life every day for the things that matter. She works hard to be able to give to others and support her family, and in return, she finds joy in companionship and togetherness.

“Our lives are busy and full of life and fun!” Kellie shared.

We are so inspired by Kellie and grateful to have her as a Heartfelt Role Model.
